Rick Bigelow was  hired as the Chief Financial Officer to handle all accounting, reporting, systems, and controls for company and its investors. 

 

September 2014

Property Advisers Realty hires a new employee.

Scott Ehley was hired as the Director of Property Management to oversee all the properties of PAR containing 1,780,000 square feet of office, flex, and industrial properties.


October 2013

Property Advisers Realty hires two new employees. 

Danielle Andries was hired as Property Manager to handle portions of the office portfolio and Christy Sierra was hired as the Senior Accounting Manager.

PAR Capital Partners purchased Briargrove Place, a 128,092 square foot  class A four story office building at 17855 Dallas North Tollway. 

Property Advisers will be leasing and managing the property and will open a North Dallas on-site office.  Jerry Reis, Michael Foster, and Patrick Reis brokered the transaction along with Walter Foster, formerly of KBS.

 

 

January 2013

Talon Private Capital, with the help of Property Advisers Realty purchased 2525 McKinnon from KBS. 

2525 McKinnon is located in the heart of Uptown, this 111,722 square foot class A office building has a bank lobby space available for immediate occupancy.  Property Advisers Realty will lease and manage the property.  Jerry Reis, Mark Skinner, and Michael Foster brokered the transaction on behalf of Talon Private Capital.

Property Advisers Realty is pleased to announce they have been awarded the leasing and management of a 150,000 SF flex property located in Dallas County.

Jetstar Business Center is located off of Highway 114 and Beltline road. This five building complex comprises of 150,000 square feet of flex space. The complex was built in 1999 and was recently acquired by Madison Realty Investors. Some of the major tenants within the project are Panavision and Icon Voice Networks. Chris Andler, Michael Foster, and Jerry Reis will handle the marketing and leasing of the property.

SomnoMed, Inc. North American Headquarters finds new home.

SomnoMed, Inc. has leased 10,034 SF of office space within Duke Bridges III at 7460 Warren Parkway in Frisco.  Construction is underway for SomnoMed to occupy by second quarter 2011.  This is a relocation and expansion of the North American headquarters of the Australian company, which is one of the world’s leading sleep apnea dental device manufacturers.  Chris Andler of Property Advisers Realty represented SomnoMed and Dale Ray of Peloton Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Landlord, Duke Realty.

Todd Williams Family Foundation signs lease at Viceroy

Todd Williams, formerly of Goldman Sachs has signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. of office space at 1600 Viceroy for his Foundation.  The Foundation supports the Uplift Education organization which operates charter schools in the Dallas Ft. Worth area.  The Williams Academy, one of the newer charter schools is located next door to 1600 Viceroy.

Milgard signs new lease at Randol Mill Service Center

Milgard Manufacturing, Inc signed a 12,488 square foot lease at the Randol Mill Service Center in Arlington, TX.  Milgard is a leader in the window and door manufacturing industry and a division of Masco Corporation.  Cannon Green and Bates Arnot of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant and Jerry and Reis and Michael Foster of Property Advisers Realty represented the landlord.

Subway expansion at Fossil Creek

Subway relocates and expands within the Fossil Creek Shopping Center in Fort Worth.  The larger store will allow for greater volume with more seating and is scheduled to open early 2011.  Michael Foster with Property Advisers Realty represented the Landlord.

Property Advisers Realty is pleased to announce they have been awarded the leasing and management of two retail centers in Tarrant County.    

Emerald Square is located off of Highway 360 and Mayfield in Grand Prairie.  This 148,272 square foot retail center contains Ged’s Carpet and Room Store as the major tenants. 

Green Oaks Plaza is a 103,996 square feet retail center located off of Little Road and Highway 20 in Arlington.  This high traffic retail center is home to a Movie Tavern along with several restaurants and service providers.  In addition, Property Advisers is working in conjunction with the adjacent property owner to redevelop the former Minyards center.  The 58ksf former grocery store will be removed this summer, and a free standing Walgreens will be constructed on the southeast corner of the site.  A national fast food retailer is planned for the hard corner of Green Oaks and the I-20 service road.  In addition, the marketing team is looking for two retailers to lease what could be another 30ksf of spec space. 

Michael Foster, Chris Ander and Jerry Reis will be handling the marketing of the property.  Mark Stahl of Construction Management Advisors and Becky Whitworth of Space Planning Specialists will assist in the redevelopment of the center.

Nieman Printing expands operations at Northwest Service & Tech Center

Nieman Printing expands their lease by 10,117 square feet at the Northwest Service and Tech Center.  As a tenant since 1991, Nieman Printing now leases more than 93,000 square feet and continues to excel in providing a full range of commercial printing and mailing services across the country.  Jerry Reis and Michael Foster of Property Advisers Realty represented the landlord.

India Bazaar expands at Parkway

India Bazaar expanded their lease for a total of 11,207 square feet at the Parkway Shopping Center in Plano, TX.  The expansion allowed India Bazaar to be premier one-stop Supercenter with an on-site food court.  This is the third expansion for India Bazaar over its seven year tenancy at the Shopping Center.  Michael Foster of Property Advisers Realty represented the Landlord.

Clothes Mentor new lease at Parkway

Clothes Mentor leased 3,398 square feet at the Parkway Shopping Center in Plano.  Clothes Mentor specializes in the resale of brand name apparel, shoes, purses and accessories especially for women.  Michael Foster with Property Advisers Realty represented the Landlord.

UTD signs lease at Viceroy

University of Texas@Dallas has signed a long term lease for 35,000 sq.ft.  The majority of the space will be used by the new Center for Vital Longevity operated by Dr. Denise Park.  The Center will take all of the 8th floor, and the remainder of the 7th floor not leased to Hartman Leito & Bolt last month.  The remodeling of the space will begin immediately with occupancy scheduled for May 2010.  The property is 100% leased but will have 6,600 sq.ft. of lobby space coming available later this year when the seller of the property vacates their office space.  Jerry Reis of Property Advisers Realty and Richard DePetris of Madison Investors brokered the transaction.

Hartman HLB signs first lease at Viceroy

Hartman Leito & Bolt, LLP, one of the largest and leading regional public accounting firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, signed a 5,493 square foot lease on the seventh floor at 1600 Viceroy in Dallas.  HL&B is based in the DFW Metroplex and serves clients throughout the United States and worldwide.  Jerry Reis and Michael Foster of Property Advisers Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord.

1600 Viceroy Purchased

Madison Realty Investors in conjunction with a group of investors purchased 1600 Viceroy from Lexington Realty Trust on December 15, 2009.  1600 Viceroy is a 225,000 sq.ft. 8 story office building located on the northern edge of the Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas, Texas. The facility is the corporate office for The Freeman Companies, which occupies four full floors, and Visiting Nurses Association occupies another two full floors.  The on-site amenities include a café, day care center, fitness center and covered parking in the three level garage.  Property Advisers has been hired to manage and lease the property, and will maintain an office on-site at they work through over a million dollars worth of upgrades.  The top two floors are vacant which represents 40,000 sq.ft. of available space.  Jerry Reis of Property Advisers and Richard DePetris of Madison Investors brokered the transaction.
