*Bio:* Jerry Reis created Property Advisers Realty, Inc., in 1995 as principal/broker, after starting his real estate career in 1984 with the Jackson Shaw Company, a Dallas based developer of commercial properties.
Executive Vice President
*Bio:* Mark Skinner brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience and expertise to Property Advisors Realty. Prior to joining the PAR team in 2011, Mark served as President/Owner of Skinner Commercial Realty & Associates, Inc. Founded in 2003, SCR is a DFW based, full-service commercial real estate brokerage company. In addition, he spent 17 years at Vantage/Bradford Companies where he was consistently recognized as a leader in production and new business development.
*Bio:* Michael Foster joined Property Advisers Realty in September 2003 as a marketing associate and began work immediately on various real estate opportunities. He was promoted to Marketing Director in January 2006. He is a graduate from the University of Kansas with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration.
*Bio: *Chris Andler joined Property Advisers Realty in October 2007. Chris is primarily responsible for tenant rep and project leasing assignments focusing within the Northwest Dallas, Las Colinas, DFW Freeport and Valwood submarkets.
Director of Property Management
*Bio: *Michael Richardson joined Property Advisers Realty in 2012 and currently serves as its Director of Property Management having a comprehensive background working for national firms such as Trammell Crow Company and Grubb & Ellis Management Services. Mr. Richardson is a licensed Texas real estate broker bringing 23 years of combined experience in commercial property and project management having served both Asian International and Domestic Investors. His direct responsibility has involved more than 4.5M square feet of Commercial space incorporating Property and Facilities Management, Corporate Operations, Construction and Project Management, Investor/Client Relations, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
Senior Vice President - Accounting/Office Manager
*Bio:* Helen Vandaveer serves Property Advisers as Accounting Officer and Operations / Office Manager. She brings a wealth of management and accounting experience to the company having served as Assistant to the Comptroller (travel management) for General Dynamics, as the Vice President and CFO of an international environmental firm and Assistant Director of Property Management for a nation-wide real estate firm servicing over two million square feet in sixteen states.
