Bio: Chris Andler joined Property Advisers Realty in October 2007.  Chris is primarily responsible for tenant rep and project leasing assignments focusing within the Northwest Dallas, Las Colinas, DFW Freeport and Valwood submarkets.

Chris is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, double majoring with a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications and a B.A. in Markets and Culture.  Preceding SMU, Chris attended Jesuit College Preparatory School and has been a Dallas resident his entire life.  His cultural surroundings and environment through schooling have given Chris an extensive knowledge of the North Texas real estate market.  He has previous work experience in the Oil and Gas industry involving Texas land laws and mineral right ownership.  This is beneficial today as many of our North Texas properties lie above the Barnett Shale.  Chris is a valuable asset because of his cross functional abilities in marketing and his strong work ethic, ensuring that jobs are completed behind the scenes.  Chris' education and professional experience have significantly prepared him to succeed and build the long-lasting relationships necessary in the industry.
